Each year, the Paralegal Section of the Fairfax Bar Association collects funds (in conjunction with the Fairfax Law Foundation) in order to purchase back packs and supplies for the children of families housed by New Hope Housing of Fairfax County. New Hope Housing provides transitional housing to homeless families of Fairfax County. This year the paralegal section purchased back packs and supplies for approximately 35 children. Each child receives a back pack of their choosing filled with the required supplies for their respective grades and schools. Joanne Randa attended the lunch and meeting, held at ShounBach, to assemble the back packs. Cooper Ginsberg Gray, as well as many local firms, supports this beneficial program each year. We wish all the students a very happy and successful 2016-17 school year.
