PANV (Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia) is presenting their second annual fall CLE for paralegals and attorneys. The focus of the presentations this year will be on Discovery. Joanne Randa of CGG and Karen Axell of Paralegal Services have planned a half day CLE for September 20, 2014, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Speakers will include Judge Stanley P. Klein, Ret., Sharon Nelson, Esquire and John Simek, of Sensei Enterprises, and Ryan Schmalzle, Esquire of Beckman Schmalzle. Tom Auth, Esquire of Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance will present an ethics presentation on Understanding and Eliminating Implicit Bias. A light lunch will be provided by Chesapeake Paper Systems.
