Joanne Randa and Karen Axell have been working hard to bring together a panel of esteemed speakers for PANV’s Fall CLE-Arbitration, Mediation and Ethics. Judge (Ret.) Stanley Klein of The McCammon Group and Judge (Ret.) John Kloch of Juridical Solutions will present Mediation and Arbitration. John Simek and Sharon Nelson, Esquire of Sensei Enterprises will speak about the Ethical Misadventures of Lawyers in our Digital World, and Thomas Spahn, Esquire of McGuire Woods will discuss Ethics, Confidentiality, and Privilege for Non-Lawyers and Paralegals. A working lunch is being provided by Planet Depos. The CLE will take place from 9:00 am to approximately 2:00 at the Government Center on Saturday, September 26, 2015.
