Administrative Support Assistant

Daphne Encarnacion was born and raised near Charlottesville, VA.  She joined Cooper Ginsberg Gray, PLLC as an Administrative Support Assistant in 2023.  Before joining CGG, Daphne worked for State Farm Insurance for 20 years where she held various positions.

In 2025, Daphne was promoted to Billing Assistant.  Daphne serves as Cooper Ginsberg Gray’s primary point of contact for any billing needs. She works with our attorneys, staff, third-party vendors, and most importantly our clients, to ensure that our client’s needs and expectations are exceeded.

Daphne is married to her husband, Gary, and they have one child, Ethan.  In her spare time, Daphne likes hanging by the pool with family and friends as well as visiting local wineries.
