On December 11, 2016, Joanne Randa, on behalf of the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia, delivered gifts for two military children to the North Pole (AKA Fort Belvoir). Project Elf, administered by the Metropolitan USO, identifies low income military children in the Washington DC area. The USO pairs groups and individuals with children to provide holiday gifts. This is the fifth year that PANV has participated in Project Elf. PANV Elves, Kathi Ingram and Joanne Randa, shopped at Target on December 4th for Faith and Dominic. We hope that Faith and Dominic, and all of the area’s children, enjoy the upcoming holidays!
