Joanne Randa, Karen Axell, and the Board of the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia are working on the Fall CLE which will include Judge Stanley P. Klein and Judge John R. Kloch who will speak about Mediation and Arbitration. Other popular speakers will be Sharon Nelson and John Simek from Sensei Enterprises and Thomas Spahn of McGuire Woods LLP. There will be two hours of ethics in this CLE so if you are in need of ethics credits, then this is the CLE for you. A working lunch will be provided by our good friend JJ Rochefort of Planet Depos.
