On May 27, 2015, David Ginsberg and Stephanie Smith moderated the UIFSA, Child and Spousal Support CLE sponsored by the Fairfax Bar Association. David and Stephanie had the privilege of presenting this CLE with Judge Glenn L. Clayton of the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and Judge Daniel E. Ortiz from the Fairfax County Circuit Court. The two hour program provided attendees with an overview of relevant statutes and case law, but consisted primarily of a dialogue between Judges Clayton and Ortiz and the attendees about UIFSA, child support, and spousal support issues that commonly arise in court. David and Stephanie are grateful to Judges Clayton and Ortiz for the time they spent to prepare for this CLE program and for sharing their helpful insights with the our local attorneys.
