On Tuesday May 19, 2015, Daniel Gray presented The New Vader, A User’s Guide to a group of attorneys and paralegals on behalf of the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia. Dan covered many recent developments in family law, in particular the changes to child support. He reviewed the many capabilities of VADER, which include calculating child and spousal support, calculating support arrearages, tracking case deadlines, calculation of separate and marital shares of accounts, and creating equitable distribution worksheets. Mr. Gray also addressed some difficult child support situations. The VADER CLE is always well attended and many attendees come with a list of questions.
