On Friday, December 9, Dan Gray attended the Pathway Homes Staff Holiday Party at Brion’s Grille. This is one of Dan’s favorite annual events, because although he works closely with Pathway leadership and office staff in his role as board chair, he doesn’t get to spend nearly enough time with the hardworking field staff of Pathway Homes. Pathway’s counselors, maintenance workers, and clinicians work tirelessly on behalf of Pathway residents to provide these Virginians with mental illness a place to call home. Dan is pictured enjoying his holiday lunch with Pathway staff, and taking the “Acronym Challenge,” where he had to identify the full names of as many Virginia and Federal Social Services acronyms as he could in five minutes. The winner identified 54. Dan is pretty sure he got at least 10 right.
