On May 7th, Dan Gray and Stephanie Smith were presenters at the “Tackling and Winning the Hard Issues in Equitable Distribution and Spousal Support” CLE sponsored by the Attorney Liability Protection Society (ALPS). Dan and Stephanie participated in this program with fellow attorneys Susan Hicks, David Masterman, and Carole Krogmann. Among other topics, attendees received helpful tips on preparing for an equitable distribution and support trial and analyzed whether fault still matters in divorce. The all-day CLE concluded with an informative and engaging panel discussion with Judge Michael F. Devine and Judge John M. Tran of the Fairfax County Circuit Court, and attorney Joe Condo of the Condo Law Group in McLean. Dan and Stephanie are honored to have had the opportunity to participate in this CLE program.
