On January 23, 2014, Dan Gray and Rob Worster attended the Annual Divorce Practice Seminar, held at the University of Richmond School of Law. This annual seminar was presented by the Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the National Center for Family Law, the University of Richmond and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
Topics ranged from the new DSM-5, presented by Michele Killough Nelson, Ph.D. to Foreign Divorces, presented by Robert E. Henley, III, Esq. We also had a spirited discussion on the role of professionalism and civility with panel members: Justice Donald W. Lemons (Supreme Court of Virginia), Judge Rossie D. Alston, Jr. (Court of Appeals of Virginia), ,Dennis M. Hottell, Esq. and Cheshire I’Anson Eveleigh, Esq.
