Earlier this week, Anne Robinson attended the kick-off meeting for The Campagna Center’s annual Scottish Christmas Walk Weekend, which will take place December 4-6, 2015 in Old Town Alexandria. Anne is looking forward to co-chairing the Heather and Greens Sale for the second time this year with Alexandria realtor Allison Goodhart. The Heather and Greens Sale provides an opportunity for area residents to purchase their wreaths, garland, and other novelty items, while also giving back to the community. Pre-ordering will be available online this fall. Proceeds from the sale benefit The Campagna Center’s many programs that serve over 2,000 children and families each day in Alexandria. The Campagna Center has served Alexandria children and families for 70 years, and currently offers early childhood education, tutoring and mentoring, before and after school programs, and classes for English language learners.
